How to Invite Your Team to the CHSSN Mapping App

To invite your team, follow these steps:
  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the CHSSN Mapping App.
  2. In the top right corner, click on the organization drop-down menu.
  3. Select "Team Settings."
  4. Scroll to the "Add Team Member" section.
  5. Enter the email address of the person you want to add to the team.
  6. Choose the appropriate role for the new member:
    Manager: Can invite new members and edit organizational details.
    User: Can only view information.
  7. Click the "Add" button.
  8. Repeat these steps to add more team members as needed.
  9. Check for any pending team invitations below the "Add Team Member" section.
