How to Access and Navigate the CHSSN Mapping App Home Page

1. Navigate to the CHSSN Mapping App.
2. Review the Home Page Overview
   Familiarize yourself with the overview information presented on the home page.
3. Select Areas to Visualize
   • Click the checkmark boxes next to the categories you want to explore, such as boroughs, cities, RTS (Regional Health Territories), or CLSC (Local Community Service Centers).
   • This will allow you to visualize specific areas of interest.
4. Scroll down the page to access additional details, including "Demographic Data."

Viewing Additional Information

1. View Organizations in the Area
   Click the arrow icon next to "Organizations" to display a list of organizations located in the selected area.
2. View Consultation Tables in the Area
   Click the arrow icon next to "Consultation Tables" to view any available Consultation Tables for the selected region.
